Filling out the below form enables you to become an Amsoil Preferred Customer for 6 months ($20 per year to renew your membership after the trial period expires).

If you choose the Home Dealership Option I will email you an application within 2 business days. The cost to become an Amsoil Dealer is $40 per year which includes a signup to the Amsoil News Magazine to keep you aprised of all that Amsoil has to offer.
